Vicki Day and Nola Cabral have been
friends for 29 years and business partners for almost 14. What was once a hobby is now a
thriving business. They teach copper foil and leaded stained glass, as well as glass
fusing and a variety of specialty classes. Their shop has a complete line of glass, tools
and supplies. They have on display well over 200 finished pieces to entice the hobbyist to
do their own creative work. Many of these pieces are original designs by Dea Leonhardt,
Kay Botkin or Vicki. It was because of this colorful display that Gene Mayo encouraged us
to think about publishing a book. Their custom work is found in residential settings as well as a number of church installations. Their greatest joy is inspiring others to develop their own creativity. Their shop is dedicated to teaching and educating the public in quality stained glass art. |
